Trash Schedule 2023
For those who paid for trash service, it is picked up every Thursday and recycling is picked up every other Thursday. Please have bins out on the road by 6 am each day. For the full schedule, click here.

Important Reminder
Please remember that any and all changes to the exterior of your home, including color changes, requires that an ARC application be submitted and approved prior to the start of any project (per our Covenants). This includes changes to the landscaping. ARC applications can be e-mailed to melbournehoaarc@yahoo.com. Repairs and replacement with the same materials and colors do not require an ARC application, and anything done for immediate safety reasons is also exempt (such as addressing fallen trees).
